About Brian O'Neill

Upon graduating from Brown University in 1984, Brian entered the real estate world as a project planner for a large development firm in Boston. He moved to Telluride in 1989 for a winter of skiing in the San Juans and instantly fell in love with the region. Brian decided to stay and actively became involved in the luxury real estate market.

Brian is an avid outdoor enthusiast who started in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Cape Cod, Massachusetts, and after a brief respite while playing football at Brown, has gone global with his adventures. He has explored and guided ski trips to such places as the Andes, Kamchatka, the Caucuses, the Alps, Iceland, Alaska and Antarctica. Surfing has taken him to Bali, Uruguay, Hawaii, Costa Rica and much of Central America. Skiing remains his foremost passion with a career guiding heli-skiing in Alaska and Telluride but today his greatest adventure is here in Telluride chasing his two young boys, Quinn and Grayden.

When asked why he stayed in Telluride over other resorts, the answer is clearly community. The Telluride community is unrivalled and has greatly supported Brian personally and professionally. He feels honored to return the favor by volunteering his time for community causes. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Telluride Foundation, the philanthropic resource in the region for both donors and service providers alike.
